Happy Mardi Gras!
Sammie sported her purple shirt and green hair clip all the way to Grandma's house, but something was missing... Just a little bit of yellow, so they picked some of Grandma's fresh daffodils.

However, by the end of the evening, she turned Texan watching the cows and wearing her PaPa's cowboy boots from when he was an itty bitty.

Sammie's nose has gotten very runny and she does not want to blow it anymore. She's allowed the bulb sucker a couple nights, but it really needed to be cleaned out. Grandma suggested I call the doctor and they recommended that we give her some allergy medicine. Of course, like anything else that needs to be fixed, after I had the medicine, her nose has seemed to stop dripping. When we blew and bulbed there was nothing to get out. I hope she gets to feeling better. She was pretty pitiful when I dropped her off this morning (like this...)
