1st Hair Cut... and a Preschool Tour

We had an appointment to visit the Kids Day Out half day preschool program around the corner. The director was very experienced, informative, and caring. Daddy and I like the school, the teacher, and the program and Samantha started to get a little comfortable. The director mentioned that Sam seems very confident and shouldn't have a problem starting a preschool program soon. She is ready for us to start next week, but we think otherwise!
After the preschool tour, Samantha had another milestone: As nervous as I was, Samantha got her first haircut! We didn't want a "cut", so we asked for the stylist to clean it up. She took a half inch from all around. Sam was ready at first, but I think got a little nervous before the initial cut and asked to go potty. Of course we went, then she was ready to get chopped! She sat in a yellow taxi cab and kept her eyes on the stylist's every move.
~Ok. Let's get started~

Then, we bought a Crepe Myrtle tree!
