Gnome

Samantha and I went to meet our friends, Michelle and Ella for lunch at chick-fil-a. I brought her own food and she did a great job behaving. Its is a very kid-friendly place, so it was nice that she could walk around and see all the other mommies and babies.. and wave to everyone! Sammie even got herself a balloon or 2. We can't wait to play with Ella again!
This evening after nap, Sammie kept pointing to the backyard. I just knew she wanted go out. She was patient while putting her shoes on and once on, she headed toward the back door. She climbed up the slide on her own then wandered to the side of the yard where she was very interested in the dirt, mulch, gnome, rocks, you name it. She kept trying to put the gnome in her mouth. Daddy found some ants and when I picked Sammie up to move away she threw the biggest fit! Oh, our lil' adventurer!

I love digging

- I tried giving 1 ounce mommy milk:1 ounce cow milk warm in a sippee cup. She still isn't used to it :/
- Not sure if she's going through a growth spurt: Instead of not sleeping, she's sleeping lots! Last night she fell asleep by 8:00pm and slept until 8 this morning and wanted a nap by 9:30 this morning. She slept from 10- 11:30 and another 2 hours this evening.
